Ajaxpost Plays Hotel Architect Giveaway

To celebrate the announcement of the release date for Hotel Architect I have TWO Steam keys for the game to giveaway!

I will draw ONE winning entrant on the Gleam.io competition page and ONE entrant from the comments section of the announcement Lets Play video.

Terms and Conditions

General

1. The Ajaxpost Plays Hotel Architect Giveaway (the Giveaway) is a lottery run exclusively by the Ajaxpost Plays YouTube Channel (Ajaxpost Plays)
2. All the terms described here are in addition to the standard terms and conditions applied by Gleam.io and YouTube for all giveaways run on their platform.
   
3. YouTube, Bluesky, Instagram, Twitter, X, and any other platforms used to advertise or promote the Giveaway do not sponsor the Giveaway and are in no way responsible or liable for any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway
4. There will up to TWO winners who shall receive ONE Steam key for Hotel Architect:
• An Entrant that wins a prize on one draw will not be selected as a winner of the othe other draw
• Prizes are not exchangeable for any other cash or non-cash benefit
5. If a selected winner does not claim their reward within TWO days of the notification being sent that they have been drawn as a winner, or does not wish to receive the reward, the prize(s) will be forfeit. No further draw will be made and the prize may be held over for a future giveaway or competition.

The Prizes

1. The Giveaway rewards (the prizes) which can be chosen by winners ONE Steam key of each of the following:
• Hotel Architect - Playlist
2. Ajaxpost Plays is in no way responsible for determining whether the prizes will be suitable for or playable on the winner's computer. The specification or requirements for each game can be found on the relevant game websites or Steam Store pages
3. Each entrant is solely responsible for determining the suitability of their equipment for running the game

Rules of Entry (Gleam.io)

1. Entries are made through, and managed by, the tools provided by Gleam
1. Only entries submitted through the official competition page will be accepted 
2. The Giveaway is operated by Gleam.io and is subject to the rules and conditions required by Gleam including but not limited to:
• A valid Email address
• Visiting the Ajaxpost Plays YouTube Channel
3.  Additional entries can be made by:
• Logging in to YouTube
• Answering the Survey Question
• NOTE: A correct answer is required for this entry to be accepted
• Visiting the Ajaxpost Game Store 
  
• Reposting the Giveaway post on Bluesky 
• Following Ajaxpost Plays on Bluesky  
• NOTE: Only entries that remain and still show as following the Ajaxpost Plays account at the close of the giveaway will be accepted. 
• Visiting the Ajaxpost Plays Instagram page 
• Reposting the Giveaway post on Twitter 
• Following Ajaxpost Plays on Twitter  
• NOTE: Only entries that remain and still show as following the Ajaxpost Plays account at the close of the giveaway will be accepted. 
• Additional entries will also be granted if:
• All entry methods are completed and accepted
4. Entrants using the Gleam.io competition page may also enter using the YouTube Community Post entry method BUT only one prize will be sent to any one Email address
5. Entries must be made by 01:00 BST on Tuesday 5th May 2026. Any entries made after that time will not be counted

Rules of Entry (YouTube)

1. Entries are made by answering the quiz question on the giveaway Announcement Video
2. Only entries submitted as comments on the Announcement Video will be accepted  
3. Only one comment will be accepted for each entrant their entry will be counted as:
1. 1 entry for a comment
2. 1 additional entry if a correct answer is provided 
   
4. The Giveaway is operated solely and exclusively by the Ajaxpost Plays YouTube Channel and neither YouTube nor Google nor any affiliated company sponsors or is any way responsible for the operation of the giveaway

5. Entrants using the YouTube Community Post entry method may also enter using the Gleam.io competition page BUT only one prize will be sent to any one Email address
   
6. Additional validation checks, such as Email verification, will be made to ensure prizes are sent to the correct winning entrants
7. Entries must be made by 09:00 BST on Saturday 2nd May 2026. Any entries made after that time will not be counted

The Draw

1. Up to Two winning entrants will be selected:
1. ONE Entrant adding a comment to the YouTube Announcement Video page will be drawn using a Random List Selection tool
2. ONE winner will be drawn through the random winner selection process provided by Gleam.io 
2. The draws will be made commencing on Sunday 3rd May 2026 and the winning entrants announced on YouTube, Bluesky, Instagram, and Twitter, after all prizes have been distributed. 

Prize Delivery

1. The prize will be delivered by Email
2. Ajaxpost Plays will provide an Email address on the Ajaxpost Plays YouTube Channel which the winner must use to claim their selected prize
3. No alternative prizes are available and no disputes with regard to the operation of the Giveaway will be entered into.
   

Data Protection

1. For the purposes of running the Giveaway Gleam.io will store all required entrant information subject to the privacy terms provided by Gleam.io
2. By entering the Giveaway entrants accept that the display of their channel and entrant names used to enter the Giveaway will be shown on the platforms used to enter and operate the Giveaway and in doing so acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted the privacy and data protection policies of those platforms
3. Ajaxpost Plays will not share the list of entrants with any other party at any time but cannot accept any responsibility for any unexpected or unsolicited sharing of the entrant data
